  1. How do I check in?

    You will be escorted to the reservations desk where you will need to present your reservation number and a valid credit card. 

  2. When can I check in?

    Check in days are Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Stays are in 7 night increments. Check in at 5:00 pm and out at 10:00 am.

  3. Is there internet wi-fi available?

    Yes, all of the units and most of the property has free internet.

  4. Where do I get groceries?

    LaPlaza on property has an assortment of grocery and meat items as well as a bakery for breads and pastries and a section for hand-made candies. There’s also a section with frozen yogurt.  You always have the option to go to the Wal-Mart by taxi.

  5. Is there a children’s section and/or babysitting?

    The Kids’ Club is available for children 5 to 12 with swimming and various supervised activities. Babysitting is available day and evening with vetted persons.  

  6. Is there an adults’ only pool?

    Yes, there is an adults only pool as well as many other pools, including a lazy river and two wave pools and a children’s section.

  7. Is an all-inclusive available?

    No, it’s not. 

  8. Is there a fee for the gym and spa?

    Use of the gym and water areas of the spa are included in your reservation. If you use the gym, please wear sneakers.
